If you are purchasing a home, Darren's background of flipping houses provides valuable insight into a property's potential problems and investment value. Darren went into many atttics and crawlspaces with us and on several occasions pointed out potential problems that we would have overlooked. Darren was also great about suggesting inexpensive changes that could transform an overlooked house into a more desireable, updated home. Darren spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we got the best homes for our needs and budget. He is honest and hardworking. We were ready to settle on a house that would have been a bad investment for us. Most agents would have remained silent, closed the deal, and taken the quick commission. Instead Darren encouraged us to keep looking and even dug up some expired listings. As a result, we found an amazing home that was substantially undervalued . He suggested paint colors and several inexpensive changes that have turned it into an amazing home! I don't think anyone in Charlotte is better at marketing homes. We listed at a time when there was a glut of homes for sale in our neighborhood. Several took a year to sell. Ours sold in a few weeks at a great price. Darren is an excellent real estate agent and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market.
